For some, this can be a triggering or upsetting topic, so please pace yourself as you need to. These pages are best viewed on a comfortable chair, with your tired feet propped up, and a warm, soothing drink to sip from. Give yourself as many moments as you need. Take some cleansing breaths. Take time to simply be, and I will be here when you need me. I am right here.
Before I begin I just want to tell you that I am so sorry. Whether you are miscarrying now, have just found out that your pregnancy is over, or found out that your baby will likely not survive, I wish I could be sitting beside you right now.
I will do my best to be there for you even if it is without notice. Sometimes it is easier to have a stranger carry you through a time like this rather than a family member that also is going to be as weighed down with their own grief. I am support for you and your family. A miscarriage or stillbirth can include going through the whole labor process or even having an induced labor. These can be very hard to do alone and having someone knowledgeable there to support you and your family is very important. I am here to guide you through the unknown territory, connect you with support services and resources, and collaborate with your team as you walk this journey together.
Some of the services provided are labor support (physical, emotional, and informational), welcoming your baby, assisting with mementos and memories, building relationships and resources, and saying good-bye. My support does not begin or end in the delivery room. It extends for weeks and months to assist you on this life long journey of adjusting to a new “normal.” Support may provided via phone, email, and text messages as well as in-person. I encourage you to consider having photographs taken as well as to plan a memorial/funeral service. Attending your postpartum visit following your loss can be extremely emotional. I am available to attend follow-up appointments with you as needed.
Invite me to walk with you through this transformational time, and we can discover your strengths and needs, together.

Stillbirth Package
Each family will be at a different stage in their pregnancy and loss when they find me, and their needs will be as unique as they are. With that being said, I want to work with you to meet your needs, wherever you are at. Please do not feel you must fit a package or find exactly the right services for you. We will take that journey together.
All Stillbirth patients are accepted, regardless of ability to pay. I will work with you to provide you with the support you need, when and where you need. I do not want fees to be a reason to not contact me, so I have decided to make my Stillbirth Package to be by Love Donation only. Love DOnations are welcome and appreciated in order to ensure families receive the same support through mementos and gifts as you did.
A unique offering available is the 12-week mentorship program where each week you meet in person
or via email and work on your healing journey. This is available even if you are far away.
If this is an emergency, please text me at 603.930.8620 and I will reply as quickly as I am able.
